ORDER

The petitioner seeks to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No.1137 of 2020 on the file of the respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that investigation was conducted on the basis of the impugned FIR and the same was closed as 'further action dropped' and a report has been filed before the jurisdictional Magistrate.
