ORDER

This Petition filed to expedite the investigation in Crime No.6 of 2004 on the file of the respondent and file final report within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. Learned Government Advocate submitted that within a period of three months, final report will be made ready after completing the investigation.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that eventhough the matter is pending from the year 2004 itself, investigation was not concluded sofar.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, a period of three months is granted to complete the investigation and file a final report, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on no account, extension of time will be granted.
