ORDER

This petition has been filed to directing the first respondent to withdraw the complaint pending before the third respondent and entrust the same to fourth respondent for further enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 16.10.2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, no representation for the petitioner. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the 2/5

respondent would submit that already the case has been transferred to the fifth respondent and the same is pending.

3. In view of the same, no further order is required to be passed in this case. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
