This Court directed the respondent to conduct an enquiry and take appropriate action. Today, it is submitted that after investigation, the case has been closed as a mistake of fact. However, the petitioner submitted that he had not received a copy of the closure report.

2. Therefore, this Court directed the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) to serve a copy of the same, which has now been received by the learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner is at liberty to take action in accordance with law.
