ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to directing the third respondent to provide Police Protection to life and limb of the petitioner from the fifth and ninth respondents.

2. It is the second petition filed by the petitioner seeking police protection in Crl.O.P(MD)No.17985 of 2023, that was considered by this Court. At that time, it was submitted by the learned Government Advocate that the issue in civil nature. On that account, the petition was closed. Now the grievance of the petitioner is that inspite of the closure, 2/4

frequent trouble is made by the private respondents who are the land grabbers. They are also threatening the petitioner.

3. Perused the entire CD file. It shows that an agreement of sale is entered between this petitioner and the private respondents on 11.05.2023. When this was put to the counsel, he submitted that it is an unregistered document. It is an issue between the parties over a sale transaction. They have to necessarily work out remedy through civil process. Absolutely there is no necessity for the police to interfere with matter and to issue police protection to either one of the parties. The petitioner is repeatedly approaching this Court for the same relief, which cannot be entertained. If any petition is filed in future for the same relief, it must be listed before this Court under the caption 'for maintainability'.

4. With this direction to the Registry, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
