ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.378 of 2013, from the file of the 2nd respondent police to the 3rd respondent to investigate the same and file a final report.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions would submit that the respondent police after conducting proper investigation, closed the case as 'mistake of fact'.
