ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the 3rd Respondent not to harass the petitioner based on the complaint given by 4th respondent under the guise of investigation.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that an earlier complaint given by the fourth respondent was closed on 08.01.2025; that on another complaint given by the fourth respondent, an enquiry is pending; and that the enquiry would be completed within a period of one week.

3. Recording the above submission, this Court directs the third respondent to complete the enquiry and communicate the result of the enquiry to the petitioner within a period of one (1) week from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is needless to say that the respondents Police shall not harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based on the repeated complaints of the fourth respondent.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
