This petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul to take the case in C.C.No.16/2022 transferred from the Special Court for exclusive trial of Land Grabbing Cases, Madurai and assign a new calendar Case Number and consequently, direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul to dispose of the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, no representation for the petitioner. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent would submit that already the case has been transferred to the Judicial Magistrate Court -II, Dindigul and now the case is re-numbered as C.C.No.814 of 2023 and the same is pending for trial.

3. In view of the same, no further order is required to be passed in this case. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
