3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.11598 of 2025 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.11114 of 2025 dated 29.08.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
