This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of 1/4
Mandamus, directing the 1st respondents to instruct the 2nd respondents to take action on the petitioner's complaint dated 04.10.2023 and conduct proper enquiry.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that it is a case in counter case. The compliant given by the petitioner is enquired in C.S.R.No.650 of 2023, whereas the Complaint given by the counter parties is enquired in C.S.R.No.651 of 2023. Enquiry in both cases are going on. 3.Let the above said enquiry process be completed within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by summoning both parties. Depending upon the outcome of the enquiry, let the parties workout their remedy through appropriate proceedings. 4.With the above said directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
