ORDER

The instant contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court dated 06.12.2023 made in W.P(MD)No.27915 of 2023.

2. This Court passed an order on 06.12.2023 in W.P.(MD).No.27915 of 2023, directed the first respondent to grant approval of the appointment of the writ petitioner, if there are no surplus teachers in the Corporate Management. In compliance of the orders of this Court, the first respondent has issued proceedings on 30.01.2025, rejecting the approval of the appointment of the petitioner, on the ground that there are surplus teachers in the Corporate Management.

3. Recording the same, this contempt petition stands closed, with a liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said order dated 30.01.2025, if he is so advised.
