O R D E R

By asserting that the petitioner and six others had purchased the land in survey Nos.106/3A1 and 106/3A2, the petitioner applied for a survey of such land. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that patta No.2806 was issued in the name of the temple. He also submits that the survey is necessary as a prerequisite to commence construction.

2. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of both the respondents. He submits that the petitioner's application would be considered and acted upon within twelve (12) weeks after issuing notice to all parties concerned.

3. Since the petitioner asserts that the property was purchased by the petitioner along with six other persons, it is necessary to issue notice to all owners before any action is taken and it is also necessary to put on notice the owners of relevant adjacent lands.

4. Subject to these observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of 2/4

by directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's application for survey and act thereon within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after issuing notice to the persons indicated above. No costs.
