ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned charge memo dated 27.06.2025 issued by the 2nd respondent and quash the same and further direct the 2nd respondent to reinstate the petitioner into service.

2. It has been placed on record by the learned counsel for the respondent that the enquiry had been completed and the petitioner has also participated in the enquiry. The management is awaiting report of the enquiry officer.

3. In such view of the matter, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to conclude the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
