This Writ Petition is filed in the nature of Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents to conduct preliminary enquiry on the petitioners complaint dated 10.10.2023 and complete the same within the time limit as fixed by this Court.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner's complaint was enquired in C.S.R.No.749 of 2023 and notice / summon was also issued to the petitioner to produce the relevant documents.

3. The petitioner is directed to produce the documents before the second respondent herein. The second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry immediately.
