This writ petition has been filed to prevent the respondents 1 & 2 from registering the petitioner property to any prospective purchaser situated at S.F.No.447/6A, 447/6B, New S.F.No.224/6A Thirali Village, Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District.

2. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

4. The petitioner being the owner of the property comprised in S.F.No.447/6A, 447/6B, New S.F.No.224/6A Thirali Village, Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District. Now he made a representation to forbear the respondents 1 & 2 from registering any document in respect of the subject property. The petitioner apprehends that the real estate brokers intended to sell the petitioner's property and as such the petitioner submitted a representation on 11.11.2024.

5. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that sofar no documents presented for registration after 2013 in respect of the subject property.

6. In view of the above, if any document presented in respect of the subject property other than the petitioner, the representation submitted by the petitioner can be enquired into after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.

7. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
