This Writ Petition is filed, seeking to direct the 2nd respondent to 1/4

issue the Work Site Visit Certificate to participate in Sl.No.2 Construction of 10 Additional Class Rooms in Government Girls Higher Secondary School at Ponpudupatti in Ponnamaravathy Block of Pudukkottai District.

2.Heard the learned counsels on either side and carefully perused the entire materials available on record.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents on instructions submitted that the work site inspection certificate has already been issued. Hence, nothing survives in the Writ Petition. 4.Hence, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
