ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a mandamus as against the respondent for disposal of the representation given by the writ petitioner on 13.09.2023.

2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the petitioner is a Senior Grade Assistant Engineer working in the respondent Transport Corporation. According to him, the grievance of the petitioner is that after the completion of 10 years in the year 2014, the increment was not granted. Hence, he has sent a representation to the respondent on 13.09.2023.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent.

4. Considering the above said facts, the respondent herein is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.09.2023, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks 2/4

from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
