This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd and 3rd respondents to consider the petitioner's appeal dated 18.09.2024 and survey the land in No.356/13, 355/1, 355/12, 3555 and survey No.356/14 Kallukoottam Village, Kalkulam Taluk, Kanyakumari District within the stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate leader appearing for the official respondent and the learned counsel for the 5th respondent.
3. The petitioner submitted an appeal against the order of the 3rd respondent before the 2nd respondent. Since no action has been taken on the said appeal, the petitioner is before this Court with this writ petition. 2/5

Learned Government Advocate, appearing for the official respondent as well as the learned counsel for the 5th respondent, submit that civil suits are pending between the parties and an orders have been passed in WP(MD) Nos.16700/2025, 18699/2025 and 28279/2025, which were filed by one Jelestin and the Church respectively and contempt proceedings also pending in Cont. P.(MD) No.3278 of 2025.
5. In view of the above submissions, since a representation/appeal is made, it has to be disposed of by the concerned authority. Needless to say, the objection of the respondents regarding the pending writ petitions/civil disputes, if any and any orders passed by the Division Bench, all of them has to be considered and orders shall be passed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
