Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first to direct the third respondent to stop their proceedings TN/REV/SVG/1/COLLMGDP/16OCT23/6305557 dated 16.10.2023 based on the petition of the sixth respondent for correction of patta and correction of area in respect of Survey No.18/1C in Patta No.724 and extent of 88 3⁄4 Cents and Survey No.18/1G1 in Patta No.1316 an extent of 29 3⁄4 Cents in Theneervayal Village, Devakottai Taluk, Sivagangai District based on the bogus Registered Sale Deed Document No. 3539/2023 dated 01.08.2023 executed by the fifth respondent in favour of the sixth respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 17.11.

2023, consequently directing the third respondent to direct the fifth respondent to apply for patta for the properties as per the registered sale deed Document No.4070/2008 dated 23.10.2008 an extent of 1 Acre 10 Cents on the northern side of 8 Acres 28 Cents in Survey No.18/1, within the period as stipulated by this Court. ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents. 2.The case of the petitioner is that patta issued in favour of the sixth respondent in respect of the petition mentioned property should be cancelled.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that on 14.08.2023, application submitted by T.Saravanan / the sixth respondent for change of patta was negatived. If any adverse order is passed by the authorities, the petitioner will be entitled to a copy of the same and it will be open to the petitioner to move this Court again for relief. At this stage, cause of action has not arisen as against the official respondents. 3/5

4.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate that T.Saravanan's application was rejected on 14.08.2023, this writ petition is disposed of.
