ORDER

The petitioner seeks direction to the respondent Nos.2 and 3 not to harass him and his family members under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the respondents Police are not harassing the petitioner and his family members; that an enquiry is pending on the complaint given by the petitioner in CSR No.570 of 2025; and that the enquiry would be completed within a period of one week.

3. Recording the above submission, this Court directs the second and third respondents to complete the enquiry and communicate the result of the enquiry to the petitioner within a period of one (1) week from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
