ORDER

The petitioners seek to quash the FIR in Crime No.712 of 2023 dated 11.11.2023 on the file of the respondent Police.

2. The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that the investigation is completed and a final report has been filed in C.C.No.399 of 2025 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Tirunelveli.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the final report, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 25.09.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No Lm 2/4
