This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the Principal District Munsif, Madurai Town, to dispose of the O.S.No.567/2018 within a definite time framed by this Court.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the suit in O.S.No.567 of 2018 is pending for the past five years, before the learned Principal District Munsif, Madurai and the same may be disposed of within the time stipulated by this Court.

3. In view of the above submission, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal District Munsif, Madurai, to dispose of the above said suit by following the ROC.No.3793A/ 2010/B5/Statistics.

4. With this direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
