This Petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 30 days in filing the criminal appeal against the judgment, dated 24.06.2025 in Spl.C.C.

No.177 of 2024 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Dindigul.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State and also perused the records.

3.Considering the quantum of delay and the reasons assigned, the delay of 30 days in filing the Criminal Appeal, is condoned and accordingly, this petition is allowed. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the matter in the usual course.
