This petition is filed for condoning the delay of 421 days in filing a review application against the order in W.P(MD)No.16688 of 2023, dated 12.09.2023.

2. The matter is being dragged on till this year even after passage of two years from the date of allowing the aforesaid writ petition and the matter is also pending for payment of Batta. This will show the reluctance and inadvertence of the review petitioner in conducting the case and his attitude to protract the proceedings.
