ORDER

The instant writ petition has been filed by a Secondary Grade Teacher seeking a mandamus as against the respondents 1 to 3 herein to consider her request for mutual transfer on the proposal forwarded by the fourth respondent on 15.11.2024.

2.The petitioner herein, who was initially working in the fourth respondent School was deployed to Panchayat Union Primary School, Angarayankulam by way of proceedings dated 28.06.2024 on the ground that she has become surplus. The petitioner has also joined in the deployed post. Another teacher working in the fourth respondent School namely Mr.Marirajan had made a request to the fourth respondent management as well as the second respondent authority that instead of the writ petitioner, he is ready to go on deployment to Panchayat Union Primary School at Angarayankulam. Such a request was made by the said

Marirajan on 15.11.2024 to the second respondent. Since the said request of Marirajan to get himself accommodated in the Panchayat Union Primary School was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed. 3.Considering the above said facts, the second respondent is directed to consider the request of the said Marirajan and the fourth respondent School and if found eligible, deploy the said Marirajan to Panchayat Union Primary School at Angarayankulam and retain the writ petitioner in the fourth respondent School. The said exercise shall be completed with a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
