O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J.) The Review Application has been filed seeking to review the judgment in WA(MD) No.1145/2018 dated 23.09.2024.

2. It is the contention of the petitioner, who appeared as party in person, that in paragraph 5, this Court had stated as follows: "5....It is contended on behalf of the writ petitioner that the amount of Rs.1,00,000/- had come into force on and from 01.04.2010 for the financial year 2010-2011." It is stated that the financial year should be given as 2009-10.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate also.

4. Taking into consideration the fact, which according to the petitioner, who appeared as party-in-person, is an error, the financial year alone is changed from 2010-2011 to 2009-2010. The correct version is as follows::

"5....It is contended on behalf of the writ petitioner that the amount of Rs.1,00,000/- had come into force on and from 01.04.2010 for the financial year 2009-2010."

In all other respects, we are not inclined to review the order already passed.

5. To this limited extent, the Review Application stands allowed. No costs.
