ORDER

This petitioner has filed this Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to take action on the petitioner's complaint dated 01.09.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint given by the petitioner, an enquiry is pending to ascertain whether any cognizable offence is made out in said complaint and that the same would be completed within two weeks.

3. In view of the above submission, there shall be a direction to the respondents to complete the enquiry and communicate the result of the same to the petitioner within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
