ORDER

Alleging wilful disobedience of the order passed in W.P.(MD). No. 13485 of 2023, this Contempt Petition has been filed. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR has been registered against the accused persons only yesterday.

3.Though there is a delay on the part of the respondent to comply the order, now the order has been complied with, by way of filing FIR.
