This petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent police to file a charge sheet in Crime No.17 of 2013 on the file of the 3rd respondent police, within a time frame.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, would submit that after completion of investigation, the respondent police has filed charge sheet on 25.09.2016, before the concerned Court and the same is yet to be taken on file. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
