ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to complete the enquiry and to take action against the fraudulent and illegal act of respondents 3 and 4 based on complaint dated 24.10.2024 and 26.11.2024

2. Earlier the petitioner has given a complaint on 24.10.2024 and thereafter he sent a reminder on 26.11.2024 and on receipt of same, CSR No.378 of 2024 assigned on 27.10.2024, thereafter no action has been taken, hence the above petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on receipt of the complaint it was found that the third respondent had taken vehicle from the petitioner on the promise of replacing it with ne one. After taking the vehicle he neither made arrangement for new vehicle nor returned the vehicle which has been taken from the petitioner. The said Paramasivam undertaken to appear before the second respondent on 2/5

16.12.2024 and the investigation is going on. He further submitted that the said Paramasivam had earlier committed similar such incident and later it was settled and for that reason enquiry is pending.

4. In view of the same the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner and close the same within a period of two months from 16.12.2024

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
