O R D E R

This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the contemnor/2nd respondent herein for his deliberate and willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 01.09.2023 in W.P.(MD) No. 26422 of 2022.

2. Heard, the learned Counsels on either sides and carefully perused the materials available on record.

3. The order passed by this Court dated 01.09.2023 has complied with respect to the writ petitioners, namely, P.Ramesh, R.Rajkumar, D.Sangee and R.Suresh. However, as far as the 3rd contempt petitioner herein is concerned, she had secured only 96.18 marks. The cut-off mark of the last selected candidate under SC category is 96.43 marks. Since, she did not fall within the cut-off marks for provisional selection under SC category for the subject Mathematics, she was not considered to the post of P.G.Assistant (Mathematics). There are yet another 3 candidates, who have secured more than contempt petitioner under SC and SC W category.
