Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the learned Rent Controller (Additional District Munsif Court), Madurai, to dispose the petition in R.L.T.O.P.No.77 of 2021 on the file of the Learned Rent Controller (Additional District Munsif Court), Madurai, as expeditiously as possible and within a time frame as stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to dispose of the suit in R.L.T.O.P.No.77 of 2021 on the file of the Learned Rent Controller (Additional District Munsif Court), Madurai within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for petitioner. Since the revision is filed for seeking early disposal, no notice is necessary to the respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner submitted that the above said suit has been filed by the revision petitioner / plaintiff for eviction and for hand over the vacant possession to the petitioner. He would further submit that the petitioner herein is aged about 55 years and she is suffering from physical ailment and therefore, the said suit may be disposed of within the time stipulated by this Court.

Having been taken into consideration of the material facts and circumstances and that the petitioner is aged about 55 years, this Court is of the view that in the interest of justice, a direction may be issued to the learned Rent Controller (Additional District Munsif Court), Madurai, to dispose of the said suit as expeditiously as possible. 2/4

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Rent Controller (Additional District Munsif Court), Madurai, to dispose of the said suit in R.L.T.O.P.No.77 of 2021 pending on his file within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order on merits and in accordance with law.
