O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to issue patta in favor of the petitioner and other legal heirs for the lands situated in Survey Nos.541/3A1A, 541/3A3D, 541/3A4, 541/3A6, and other Sub Divisions based on the petitioner's representation dated 27.11.2024 grant such other and further reliefs as this Court deem fit.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner at the time of hearing submitted that though other reliefs are prayed, it would suffice if a direction is issued to the respondents to consider his representation dated 27.11.2024 within the time frame to be fixed by this Court.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, a direction is issued to the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.11.2024 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to state that the third respondent shall give an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all the interested persons before passing the order on the petitioner's representation.
