This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent police to file a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi in Crime No. 24 of 2023 pending investigation on the file of the respondent police.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi and cognizance was taken in C.C.No.141 of 2023.
