ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the charge sheet in C.C.No.69 of 2012 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Kovilpatti and quash the same as illegal so far as the petitioner is concerned. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that on 03.02.2018 itself, the case in C.C.No.69 of 2012 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Kovilpatti was disposed of in which, the petitioner herein has been acquitted. Hence, the prayer sought for in this Criminal Original Petition becomes infructuous.

3.Recording the above statement of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
