When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that no objection certificate has already been issued. The petitioner may present the petition mentioned document for registration along with NOC. Subject to fulfilment of other usual formalities, the same will be accepted for registration and the document shall be released.
