This writ petition has been filed seeking Mandamus directing the second respondent to take necessary action based on the petitioner's compliant dated 02.05.2025 in connection with C.S.R.No.119 of 2025 so as to recover the petitioner's vehicle and conclude the same within the time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the C.S.R.No.119 of 2025 has been enquired into and closed.

3.In view of the same, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the closure report in the manner known to law.
