ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed that the order of this Court dated 18.06.2024 passed in WP(MD)No.17236 of 2022 has not been complied with.

2. Today, when the Contempt Petition is taken up for consideration, the learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents and submits that as against the order of this Court dated 18.06.2024 passed in WP(MD)No.17236 of 2022, a Writ Appeal has been preferred by the respondent Department in W.A.(MD)No.2420 of 2024.

3. In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy based on the outcome of the Writ Appeal preferred by the respondent Department. 07.01.2025 ogy 2/4
