Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the Impugned certificate of disability issued by the 7th respondent dated 29.07.2025 under reference ; Certificate No.2025Jul/UDID/001440 and quash the same as illegal and subsequently permit
the petitioner to attend the NEET counselling for the Course of MBBS academic year 2025-2026 under the Category of PwBD based on the certificate of disability issued by the 8th respondent dated 02.09.2025 and 08.09.2025 forthwith.

This writ petition is filed for the following relief : "to call for the records pertaining to the Impugned certificate of disability issued by the 7th respondent dated 29.07.2025 under reference ; Certificate No.2025Jul/UDID/001440 and quash the same as illegal and subsequently permit the petitioner to attend the NEET counselling for the Course of MBBS academic year 2025-2026 under the Category of PwBD based on the
certificate of disability issued by the 8th respondent dated 02.09.2025 and 08.09.2025 forthwith."
2. It is informed that the Disability Certificate has been issued and the same has been uploaded and also the petitioner has done choice filling / locking in the 3rd counselling. Therefore, no further orders are required to be passed.
