Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the Impugned certificate of disability issued by the 7th respondent dated 26.07.2025 under reference ; Certificate No.2025Jul/UDID/000944 and quash the same as illegal and subsequently permit
the petitioner to attend the NEET counselling for the Course of MBBS academic year 2025-2026 under the Catergory of PwBD based on the certificate of disability issued by the 8th respondent dated 09.09.2025 forthwith.

ORDER
This writ petition is filed for the following relief : "to call for the records pertaining to the Impugned certificate of disability issued by the 7th respondent dated 26.07.2025 under reference ; Certificate No.2025Jul/UDID/000944 and quash the same as illegal and subsequently permit the petitioner to attend the NEET counselling for the Course of MBBS academic year 2025-2026 under the Catergory of PwBD based on the
certificate of disability issued by the 8th respondent dated 09.09.2025 forthwith."
2. It is informed that the Disability Certificate has been uploaded. However, the petitioner has been unable to do the choice locking as the last date for the same was 16th October. However, it is informed that there is a registration from 30.10.2025 to 03.11.2025 and choice filling / locking from 01.11.2025 to 05.11.2025. The 4th respondent shall ensure that the petitioner will be permitted to do the same.
3. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. 22.10.2025 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes gbg
