This Petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the earlier order of this Court and the requisition letter submitted by the Judicial Magistrate, Uthamapalayam vide the letter in D.No.1402 dated 23.08.2018, this court made the following order: By letter dated 14.08.2018 addressed to the Assistant Registrar General, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthamapalayam has requested further time to dispose of C.C.No.148 of 2012. 2.Considering the aforesaid request, time is extended for a further period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order passed by this Court, dated 23.03.2018.
