ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner had earlier moved bail petition before this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.7995 of 2024 and the same was dismissed by this Court by order dated 05.06.2024. This order has been concealed and the present bail petition has been filed.
