ORDER

When this contempt petition has been taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submits that a writ appeal has been preferred as against the order dated 30.04.2025 passed in WP(MD)No.12960 of 2025 with delay. The Division Bench of this court has ordered notice in the delay condonation petition and the petitioner has entered appearance.
