ORDER

The petitioner is an accused in CC No.75 of 2013 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Tirunelveli. He seeks speedy disposal of the said case. There are only two accused in this case and both are appearing before the Court regularly. There are totally 13 witnesses. Therefore, there cannot be any impediment for an expeditious disposal of the matter.

2.The learned Additional Mahila Court, Tirunelveli is directed to dispose of CC.No.75 of 2013 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
