O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent Police not to harass the petitioner on the guise of enquiry except through due process of law.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by one Periyasamy and Ashokan, enquiry was undertaken in C.No.432 of 2023. During the course of enquiry, finding that it is a civil issue between the parties, the above said complaint was closed on 27.11.2023, advising the parties to workout their remedy through appropriate civil process.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this matter. Hence, this matter has become infructuous.
