ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the first respondent to instruct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.) submitted that because of the money issue between the petitioner and the third respondent, a complaint was given by the third respondent. During the enquiry, both side appeared. By advising them to work our remedy through civil process, the complaint was closed.

3. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for adjudication in this case. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
