When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent Police submitted that the Detention Order has been passed against the petitioner and the petitioner has been detained under Act 14 of 1982. The copy of the Detention Order was placed before this Court.
