ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submits that the order of this Court has been complied with and necessary orders has been passed on 02.09.2025.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this court by order dated 23.6.2025 had directed the second respondent to consider the petitioner's proposal dated 16.11.2024, on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity to the petitioner as well as the other persons, who may be interested in the subject matter within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, and therefore there is a violation in complying the orders of this Court.

3. There has been a delay in passing the orders within the time frame given by the court, but, however, an order came to be passed on 02.09.2025. Hence, this Court is of view that the petitioner if aggrieved against the order dated 02.09.2025, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the same in accordance with law.

4. With the above observations, this contempt petition is closed. No costs.
