PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the respondents No.1 and 2 to instruct the 3rd respondent not to interfere with civil dispute and not to harass the petitioner and her family members under the guise of enquiry.

O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondents No.1 and 2 to instruct the 3rd respondent not to interfere with civil dispute and not to harass the petitioner and her family members under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the fourth respondent, stating that this petitioner alleged to have tresspassed into the property, which belongs to the fourth respondent and put up the construction, enquiry was undertaken in CSR No.1264 of 2023.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would further submit that since it is a civil issue between the parties, they will advise the parties to workout their remedy through appropriate civil process.

4. In view of the above said undertaking, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
