PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the Inspector of Police not to harass the petitioner and his wife by interfering with the civil dispute between the petitioner and 5th and 6th respondents on the basis of the frivolous complaint made by said respondents.

For Petitioner : Mr.S.Siva Thilakar For R1 to R4 : Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar Government Advocate (Crl.side) O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the Inspector of Police not to harass the petitioner and his wife by interfering with the civil dispute between the petitioner and 5th and 6th respondents on the basis of the frivolous complaint made by said respondents.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that in pursuance of the order passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Paramakudi, in Pa.Mu.(A2)/3019/2022, dated 15.02.2023, directing the petitioner herein not to make any encumbrance upon the property, which belongs to the fourth respondent herein, complaint is given.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would further submit that voilating the above said order, it appears that the petitioner takes step to sell the above said property. So, oral complaint is given by the fourth respondent, stating that the petitioner takes step to sell the above said property. On such oral complaint, enquiry was undertaken. 2/5

4. But such oral complaint should not be entertained. If any violation of the orders, passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Paramakkudi, the petitioner must appear before the authority himself. The second respondent has no role to play in this matter. If any complaint is received either orally or by written, it may be closed, by advising the parties to workout their remedy before the competent forum itself.

5. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
